Do I need two devices to start using AlfredCamera?

Yes, two devices are needed to start using AlfredCamera. One will act as the Camera device, while the other will act as the Viewer device, which is where you view the live feeds and captured footage.

What devices can I use with AlfredCamera?

The AlfredCamera app works on Android and iOS devices as well as on web browsers. It is also compatible with our first indoor security camera, AlfredCam.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use AlfredCamera? Can AlfredCamera work without wifi?

To use AlfredCamera, a Wi-Fi connection is required for initial setup. Camera devices must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

How do I know if I have successfully paired the two devices?

You’ll be able to watch the live feed captured by the Camera device from your Viewer device once you have successfully paired them.

How many cameras can you add to AlfredCamera?

Add as many cameras as you need. We encourage experimenting with setups that cater to your specific monitoring needs so that you can build your own security camera system, free of limitations.
